At A5 Essentials, we believe the best way to understand our products is to actually wear them.

That's why we invite you to try your A5 for 30 days.

Wear it to work.

Take it on vacation.

Bring it golfing.

Go for coffee.

Live with it.

If, after genuinely using it, you don’t love it or it doesn’t become part of your everyday life, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

Once the product has been sent back to us and received, we’ll refund your purchase.

Simple as that.

Shipping

We currently ship to Ontario, Quebec, and Western Canada.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Returns

Our 30-Day Try It Promise is designed to encourage you to truly experience your A5.

To request a return, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products returned under our 30-Day Try It Promise should be in clean condition and free from intentional damage or misuse.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the original item, we'll process your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products intentionally damaged or modified
• Products showing excessive wear, abuse, or misuse

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

If approved, we'll provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Lifetime Warranty

Every A5 Essentials product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal everyday use.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic changes resulting from regular use
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by modifications or improper storage

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

We'll provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

A5 Essentials products are designed to help keep eyewear and accessories more secure during everyday use.

While they significantly reduce the risk of dropping or misplacing your eyewear or earbuds, no retainer can completely eliminate the possibility of loss or damage.

Customers are responsible for using the product correctly and ensuring it is appropriate for their intended use.

A5 Essentials is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of glasses, earbuds, AirPods, or other personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.

Dropped your sunglasses off your head? Left them at a café? One of your AirPods fell under your seat on the plane? Our refined retainers keep your eyewear and earbuds secure, always within reach.

Forget all you know about traditional retainers. Our custom attachment won’t slip. Lightweight and minimal, they’re designed to move with you.

We currently ship to Ontario, Quebec, and Western Canada. We’re planning to expand to more regions soon.

For orders over $40 CAD, we offer free shipping within our current Canadian shipping zones, including a tracking number. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after being shipped.

Your order includes your selected retainer, a velvet pouch bag with the A5 logo, 3 pairs of additional silicone attachments, and 2 magnetic holder accessories for AirPods-style earbuds. Each order also comes packaged in a gift box.

Yes. Our custom silicone attachment system is designed to fit most sunglasses, prescription glasses, and reading glasses, from slim aviator-style arms to thicker frames.

Yes. Our custom silicone attachments work with most earbuds, including AirPods, Beats, JBL, and more. All styles also include 2 magnetic holders designed for AirPods-style earbuds, giving you an easier fit and a more balanced feel around the neck.

Yes. Our retainers are water and sweat resistant, making them suitable for everyday wear, commuting, travel, outdoor time, and days on the go. To help preserve the finish, we recommend drying them after exposure to water or sweat.

Yes. All our styles can be worn as necklaces by removing both silicone attachments. You can wear the chain on its own or personalize it with your favorite charm for a more versatile look.
