Shipping
We currently ship to Ontario, Quebec, and Western Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- unused
- unworn
- in original packaging
To request a return, please contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process the exchange.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- used or worn items
- opened items showing signs of use
- items not in original condition
- final sale or clearance items
- gift cards
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Warranty
A5 Essentials products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- stretching, fading, or cosmetic changes from regular use
- accidental damage
- misuse or improper care
- lost or stolen items
- damage caused by modification or improper storage

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

A5 Essentials products are designed to help keep eyewear and accessories more secure during everyday use. However, they do not guarantee that glasses, earbuds, AirPods, or other attached items will never slip, fall, become damaged, or be lost.
Customers are responsible for using the product properly and ensuring it is suitable for their intended use. A5 Essentials is not responsible for the loss of glasses, AirPods, earbuds, or other personal items used with our products, except where required by applicable law.
Our products are not intended as a guarantee against loss, theft, or damage.
